Evaluated current system architecture and infrastructure; developed VOIP documentation, system architecture and requirements which included integration of remote phone system with main campus. Created budget, developed RFP for bid process, and selected vendor – CISCO. Managed project to completion successfully reducing Boston Symphony Orchestra’s monthly telecommunications costs by 60%.
